How do I unenroll?
Contact [email protected] to request unenrollment. Please provide your full name, email, and employer name. You can only unenroll within 30 days of being enrolled.
What happens to my benefits if I opt out?
All wellness program benefits will be terminated, and you will no longer have access to telehealth, prescription discounts, or other included services after the end of the month. Your FSA card will be frozen, but you may submit reimbursement claims through December 31.
Can I re-enroll after opting out?
Re-enrollment depends on your employer's policy. You may need to wait until the next remeasurement period.
Will opting out affect my health insurance?
No. The wellness program is separate from your core health insurance benefits.
Is there a penalty for unenrolling?
There is no financial penalty, but you will lose access to all program benefits upon unenrollment.
