What features are available in the app?

  • My Benefits: Access your available benefits

  • AI Care Navigation: Ask questions about coverage and how to use your benefits

  • Health Scan: Get a quick snapshot of wellness indicators (currently web only)

  • Health Dashboard: View your latest and historical health scan results (currently web only)

  • Settings: Manage your account preferences


How do I update my profile information?

Navigate to Settings to update your personal information.


Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes. You can log in on any device using your credentials.


Why is the Health Scan not available on mobile?

The Health Scan feature is currently in beta on mobile devices. As soon as the experience is delightful, it will be available on mobile devices. Until then, it is available for web browsers only which it is currently optimized for.


What browsers are supported?

The web app supports Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge (latest versions).
