Where is my invite?

You will receive an invite from [email protected] within one week of the program going live with your company.

  • If you have not received an invite but believe you should have, please reach out to [email protected].

  • If your invite is expired or otherwise unable to be accepted, contact [email protected] for a new link.


How do I access the app?

  1. Follow the link in your invitation email to register online

  2. Log in at app.ignitehealth.com/login on desktop, tablet, or mobile devices

  3. Download the Ignite Health app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and login on the app


Can I forward my invite to someone else?

No. Invites are unique to each eligible employee and cannot be transferred.


I accidentally deleted my invite email. How do I get a new one?

Contact [email protected] to request a new invite link.


Why am I not eligible for the program?

Contact [email protected] for details on eligibility requirements.


What happens to my benefits if I leave my job?

Benefits terminate upon separation from employment. Some services may offer continuation options.
