How do I reset my password?

Navigate to app.ignitehealth.com/forgot-password and enter your email to reset your password. This is also accessible from the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.

You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.


How do I update my email address?

Contact [email protected] to request an email address change. You will need to verify ownership of the new email.


What do I do if I suspect unauthorized access to my account?

Immediately reset your password and contact [email protected]. We will review your account activity and secure your information.


How do I log out of all devices?

Contact [email protected] to force a logout from all active sessions.
