How do I add dependents?
Dependents must be added in two places:
Primary Care Portal: This covers primary, urgent, and behavioral health
Log in to the Ignite Health App
Select Urgent Care or Primary Care
Tap the icon in the top right corner
Select My Account
Tap Dependents
Select Add New Dependent
Enter your dependent's information and click Save
Pharmacy Program: For prescription benefits
Navigate to the Pharmacy Program Page and follow the link to the portal.
Select the profile dropdown in the top right
Select update profile
Select add or update dependents on the right
Alternatively, you may call (888) 438-1008 ext. 3 to add pharmacy program benefits
We are working on centralizing dependent management within the Ignite Health App in a future update.
What is the age limit for dependents?
Dependents can be covered up to age 26.
Can my spouse create their own account on Ignite Health?
Currently, dependents do not receive their own logins to the Ignite Health App. We are working on adding this support.
How do I remove a dependent?
Follow the same steps you did to add a dependent to remove the dependents.
