Overview

Doctegrity is the vendor that provides the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefit for your Ignite Health plan. Through Doctegrity, you have access to licensed mental and behavioral health counselors and therapists with in-the-moment support by phone, voice, or text. True short-term mental health therapy with 100% follow-up with the same therapist. $0 Copay.

Therapy on your time:

How to Use

Option 1: Access via App

  1. Log in to the Ignite Health App

  2. Navigate to the My Benefits tab

  3. Select the Employee Assistance tile

  4. Choose from available services including Mental Health Sessions and Life Coaching

  5. Schedule your consultation or start an on-demand session

Option 2: Call Doctegrity

  1. Call Doctegrity directly at (888) 438-1008 ext. 4

  2. Speak to a licensed therapist or counselor

  3. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in English or Spanish


What if I'm in crisis?

National Crisis Text Line

If you or someone you know is in crisis, you can text a trained crisis counselor anytime.

Text HOME to 741741

This is a free, national resource available 24/7. The Crisis Text Line is separate from Doctegrity services and is available to anyone in the US.

Suicide and Crisis Lifeline

Call 988 for immediate support from the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7.

Emergency Services

Call 911 for life-threatening emergencies.


FAQ

How many sessions are included?

Counseling sessions through the EAP are short-term therapy with no copays or fees. In-between session support is also included.


Is teletherapy confidential from my employer?

Yes. All mental health services are confidential. Your employer does not have access to your therapy records.


Can I switch therapists?

Yes. You can change therapists at any time through the app.


How do I add a dependent for the EAP?

Up to six (6) dependents can be added per account. Doctegrity defines a "dependent" as anyone a primary member adds to their account, including immediate family or other residents at the primary member's home.

  • Dependents under 18: The primary account holder registers them and schedules consultations on their behalf.

  • Dependents 18 and over: Receive their own login credentials and can schedule their own appointments.

Step-by-step: Add a dependent for the EAP

  1. Log in to the Ignite Health App.

  2. Select Employee Assistance.

  3. Tap the icon in the top right corner.

  4. Select My Account.

  5. Tap Dependents.

  6. Select Add New Dependent.

  7. Enter your dependent's information and save.
