TEG Ignite Health Rebrand FAQs

TEG Wellness was started to bring better care to the people who needed it most by funding the care through tax savings. We believe that we can do more to bring best in class care and cutting edge health technology, and our rebrand reflects our mission to continue closing care gaps, particularly for the underinsured population. The US has been focused on sick care for too long, and Ignite Health brings the focus back to staying healthy and using preventive care to intervene before a health event occurs.

The new Ignite Health app includes all the benefits you know and love, plus exciting new ones. You will now have access to lab testing for early detection, a health dashboard to track your results, and the ability to monitor your biometrics daily with no wearable required!

You will still have access to the same comprehensive benefits at no out-of-pocket costs. In fact, you will now have access to additional benefits like lab tests, hearing tests, and exclusive offers.

You will access these benefits through the new Ignite Health app or at app.ignitehealth.com. You will receive an invitation to register for the app, and you will need to create a new account on the Ignite Health app. The TEG Wellness app will remain available to you until 12/31/2025.

We have also updated our customer support channels for Ignite Health:

Your existing membership cards and login information for FSA, Pharmacy, and MagnaCare will not be affected. You can continue to use your benefits as you do today.

You will receive an invitation email with a link to claim your invitation and register your account online.

The TEG Wellness app will remain available until 12/31/2025, after which it will be decommissioned and you will no longer have access. All of your benefits will be available through the new Ignite Health app or at app.ignitehealth.com.
